Refund and Cancellation policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work:

  • Cancellation requests are accepted only within a specified time of placing the order (generally up to 5 days).
  • Cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
  • Perishable items (flowers, food, etc.) are not eligible for cancellation.
  • Refund/replacement is allowed if product quality is proven unsatisfactory.
  • Damaged/defective items must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
  • If the product differs from description, report within 5 days.
  • Manufacturer warranty products should be handled directly with the manufacturer.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 days.
